MONDAY HUMOR: Unrecommended Home Remedies

1. If you're choking on an ice cube, simply pour a cup of boiling water down your throat. Presto! The blockage will instantly remove itself.

2. Avoid cutting yourself when slicing vegetables by getting someone else to hold the vegetables.

3. Avoid arguments with females about lifting the toilet seat by using the sink.

4. For high blood pressure sufferers, simply cut yourself and bleed for a few minutes, thus reducing the pressure on your veins. Remember to use a timer.

5. A mouse trap placed on top of your alarm clock will prevent you from rolling over and going back to sleep after you hit the snooze button.

PRIORITIES

When believers live their lives on the basis of something other than the Bible , their priorities reflect the world's priorities ... not GOD's.#Evonika❤ღ❤

NO GREATER LOVE

No one has greater love than this, that someone would lay down his life for his friends. (John 15:13)

2 Corinthians 2:17

For we are not like the many who market God’s message for profit. On the contrary, we speak with sincerity in Christ, as from God and before God. (2 Corinthians 2:17)

Isaiah 12:4-5

In that wonderful day you will sing: “Thank the LORD! Praise his name! Tell the nations what he has done. Let them know how mighty he is! Sing to the LORD, for he has done wonderful things. Make known his praise around the world. (Isaiah 12:4-5 NLT)

CLUTCHING OFFENSE

“If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins. (Matthew 6:14-15 NLT)

Often when Christians clutch onto offenses, when they haven't confronted those they presume or assumed have offended them, they're believing they can make the person repay a debt they cannot repay and don't really trust the One who has paid the debt already...Jesus. Clutching onto an offense reveals a lack of faith in the only One who can truly restore & give you beauty for your ashes.-Erika Seaborn

HEBREWS 13:5-6

Keep your lives free from the love of money, and be satisfied with what you have. God has said, “I will never leave you; I will never abandon you.” So we can be sure when we say, “I will not be afraid, because the Lord is my helper. People can’t do anything to me.” (Hebrews 13:5-6) #Evonika❤ღ❤
