Discernment and The New Birth

The new birth is a miraculous, unique , and vital work of GOD in human nature.  This miraculous work within the heart, creates a new man…while replacing the old, by the grace of GOD.  Like other biblical teachings, the new birth has fallen into cold, deceptive hands. There isn't anything as diabolical and horrific as a person without the Holy Spirit, preaching or teaching about the Holy Spirit!
